Terms and Conditions

We have a 14 day returns policy , this means you have 14 days after receiving your order to send it back.

For your return to be accepted , your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused , all tags must remain on the item and in its original packaging , you will need your order number to prove purchase.

Please fill out your return form correctly to start your refund/exchange process . if you no longer have the form please email fabuluxeworkwear@hotmail.com for us to send you one to print at home.

please note if your item isn't accepted as a return it will automatically be sent back to you.

Embroidery:

All embroidery items are non refundable & non returnable. please note we can not edit your logos ( if colours need to be changed there will be a charge for digital editing. 

Imperfections & mishaps : Please inspect your item on receiving them , if there has been any mistakes with your order please contact us immediately for us to rectify.

Exchanges : Please fill out form correctly , size , colour style to start this process.

Refunds : You will be notified when we have received and inspected your return , if your return is accepted you will be refunded to the original payment method , please allow up to 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed as some banks take longer than others.

Returning Postage : This is to be paid by the buyer , any exchanges the postage we will cover back to yourselves.

Returned to sender: Any parcels we receive back that haven't been claimed for by yourselves , postage will have to be repaid to send back out to you.
